Warren Denniston

Warren Denniston joined Denniston Consulting Group in 1992. He works with senior executives of business that range in size from two million to four billion in annual sales.

When working with the senior executives of Fortune 500 corporations and large educational institutions Warren consults to design and implement:

  • Restructuring for greater accountability
  • Measurements and rewards that increase productivity
  • Organizational systems alignment to support their strategic direction

When working with owners of entrepreneurial businesses, Warren focuses on systems and processes that will allow the leadership to take their companies to the next level of profitable growth. The rewards are reflected in the results.

Warren speaks at several conferences. Leading business publications such as Crain's Chicago Business have invited Warren to critique and offer advice on some of their stories.

Prior to joining The Denniston Consulting Group, Warren was the CEO for Borg Warner Leasing Group, a billion dollar subsidiary of Borg Warner Commercial Finance Group. He advanced to Senior Vice President of Administration and Corporate Development, including the duties of Chief Information Officer. This company was later sold to Transamerica where Warren functioned as the Chief Administration Officer.

 

Pamela Denniston

Pam Denniston founded Denniston Consulting in 1986. She specializes in leading large systems change efforts which address:

  • Culture
  • Communications systems
  • Structure
  • Human resources
  • Leadership coaching

Pam has considerable experience working with organizations that are in the process of implementing an ERP system. Her work enhances the business unit's preparedness for change within the organization. She focuses on the human dynamics with results benefiting the bottom line.

Prior to Denniston Consulting Group, Pam held a variety of leadership positions, including National Sales / Marketing Manager for Borg-Warner Financial Services Corporation.

Pam holds an MA in Organizational Development from Loyola University. She regularly participates in a wide variety of technical courses in organizational development.

 

Laurel Johnson

Laurel has extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources with particular strengths in internal consulting, organizational design, employee development and communications.

Laurel's previous work experience includes being a Regional Human Resources Manager responsible for training, labor relations, compensation and internal consulting for a thirteen state area. Additionally, Laurel has been heavily involved with community and charitable organizations. Laurel holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
