Culture is how behaviors and attitudes reflect the true values of your organization and determine how people interact.

The impact of the culture on your organization's efforts to align the various systems to attain its goals is the most underestimated. The behaviors and attitudes of employees/associates mirror the behaviors and attitudes of the leadership of an organization; however, bringing in new leadership-alone will not change an organization's culture. The other systems must also be addressed.

Changing this system to bring it in alignment with the purpose and goals of your organization is more challenging than changing any of the other four systems. Yet, the key for success is to have the right culture.
